Your appointment time will be a focused one-on-one visit with Dr. Quoc Quach. He will take all the time necessary to discuss your dental health levels, needs, and goals.

During your visit with us, we will use photos and videos so you can clearly see and easily understand what is going on in your mouth. All of your options will be explained to you thoroughly, even if you choose no treatment at all!
We will also be focusing on your overall general dental health. By using technology such as Digital X-Rays, we can image your entire mouth in just seconds. This helps you understand your Oral Health Levels and how they may be pertinent to your overall health. We will ensure that all of your questions and concerns are addressed, with no pressure to proceed with any procedure unless you are totally comfortable – and completely understand the need for the procedure.
At Grace Family Dental, we want to save you time. That is why we have posted our forms online so you can download them at your convenience, print them off, and fill them out when you have the time. Please remember to bring them with you to your first appointment with us.
